Guidelines

The VSAPS 2026 organizing committee cordially invites you to submit Free paper. All Abstracts must be submitted online via "Free Paper Submission System" through the website no later than October, 1st (Thu), 2026.

Submitted abstracts can be revised on the website during the abstract submission period. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of VSAPS.

Step for Free Paper Submission

STEP 1: Complete the Online Registration

STEP 2: Click the "Free Paper Submission" and Log in

STEP 3: Fill out authors Information

STEP 4: Fill out abstracts Information and "Submit" button

STEP 5: Preview and Modification until November 10 (Tue), 2026

Abstract Format

- Less than 30 characters in the abstract title
- Within 250 words in the contents
- Up to 4 figures or tables

This is an international academic conference. The abstracts should be written in English.
The abstract should not exceed 250 words.
